The mission of the Friends of Desoto Trail Regional Libraries is to create an inclusive and unified voice of citizens to support and advocate for the library system; to communicate the value of libraries as an essential community service, and to strengthen and amplify the impact of the library through outreach and fundraising.

The Friends of DeSoto Trail Regional Libraries meet each third Thursday of the month at 5 pm. Currently we meet at the Camilla branch but we will also be meeting in Blakely, Newton, Pelham and Sale City in the future.  Friends meetings are open to anyone who wants to come and help the mission of the libraries.

For those who can't physically come help us help the DeSoto Trail Regional Libraries, you can always donate books, dvds, and/or cds which we can sell to raise money. And if you live too far away to donate physical items, you can always make a monetary donation.
